Bianca is a producer, designer, adventurer, and arts supporter with over 25 years of production experience. She has managed over 85 public art projects and has extensive experience in large-scale installations, working from concept to execution.

She is a Licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Massachusetts, and her expertise focuses on the project management of the fabrication and implementation of outdoor public art pieces with complex, multi-phase installations.

Her attention to detail and ability to work on all stages and aspects of an installation give her a unique and overarching ability to manage and guide every step of a project fully. She can communicate effectively and clearly between contractors, artists, and stakeholders to execute projects that meet constraints while also maintaining, to the highest standard, the financial integrity of the project and the vision of the artist.

Her project management firm, BRM, is based in North Chelmsford, MA, and provides a full suite of project management and general contracting services to public art, festivals, and placemaking clients with an emphasis on the planning and execution of novel and impactful concepts. She lives for the stuff that’s never been done before because everything is figuroutable.

She co-founded The Lowell Kinetic Sculpture Race (LKSR), an annual STEAM event held on the third Saturday of every September in Lowell, Massachusetts. LKSR strives to inspire artists, engineers, performers, and visionaries of the future by promoting the synthesis of the STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) fields, disruptive innovation, and physical activity.
